Hello and Welcome!
Here's some info about me!
My name is Laura and I have lived in the Lehigh Valley region of PA almost my whole life. It is the only place I can remember calling home. I am a 20 something who has struggled with many medical problems since age 4, and therefore have alot of advice for people suffering with medical problems, their loved ones, and caregivers. I love animals and try to always have an animal companion in my life, which my wonderful hubby helps me care for. Hubby and I have been together since Sept 2006. Helping people is one of my passions, and I hope that visitors to my blog are assisted by my work here and on the other sites associated with Laura of the Valley.
This website plays host to some general info about me, and some bigger projects that I have in mind. Due to an increase in my visual impairment, writing blogs has become more difficult, so I have chosen to record videos (that my father graciously edits for me) instead. I am hosting them on my Youtube channel. I am also using facebook to post info about things that don't require that I make a video, like freebies.
Below is a list of my chronic medical problems. I plan on doing videos about my strategies for dealing with each of them, but if there is one that you really wish to hear about, feel free to fill out my contact form and let me know! I will do my best to push it to the top of my priority list!
